Transferring MobiPocket Ebooks to Your Handheld

Connect your smartphone, blackberry or PDA to your desktop computer and click any ebook to transfer it. Mobipocket ebook Reader recognises your handheld and makes the sending of your books 1-click simple. Thanks to the latest USB 2.0 technology, it takes less than 8 seconds to transfer a typical ebook. The Mobipocket ebook Reader also automatically detects removable cards on your mobile device and chooses for you the best location to send your ebook to.

Before downloading your first MobiPocket ebook, you must download and install Mobipocket reader to your PC and then to your device. (You only need to do this once). Here's how:

1. Download and install Mobipocket Reader for your hand held from MobiPocket.com
2. Synchronize your handheld with your PC to complete the installation of Mobipocket Reader:
   
   
   1. With Mobipocket Reader open, select "Help" / "About".
   2. You'll see a unique code number called a PID
   3. Copy the PID
   4. Go to your account at eBooks.com.
   5. Click on "Register a PID".
   6. Paste in the PID.
3. Download your ebook:
   
   
   1. Log in to your account at eBooks.com.
   2. You will find your book listed there. Click on the "Download" link next to it.
4. The MobiPocket software on your PC will send the your ebook directly to your handheld.

Note: For MacOs and Linux users - You cannot download Mobipocket Reader directly to your Mac or Linux Machine. You will need to download only the Reader software without the Install Shield setup.
