The bookis illustrated by extensive use of examples, line drawings, and graphicalpresentation of computer-simulation results and plant measurements.   • a gas–liquid separator control;
  • urban-traffic signal modelling and reconstruction; and
  • prediction of atmospheric ozone concentration.
