About The Author

Ros Ollin was a Senior Lecturer in Post-Compulsory Education and Training at the University of Huddersfield, and has more than 30 years' teaching, national and international consultancy experience in vocational teaching and assessment. Jenny Tucker was a Senior Lecturer in Training and Development at Sheffield College with extensive experience as an external verifier and as a consultant specializing in teaching, training and assessment.
