About The Author

For over 20 years, Peter D'Adamo has extensively researched the connections between blood type, food, and disease. His first book, Eat Right 4 Your Type, is the only book to offer individualised health and diet programs based on the differences between blood types. Peter D’Adamo is a naturopathic physician who is also an author, researcher-educator, Ivesian, amateur horologist, budding software developer and air-cooled enthusiast.
