David L. Adamy is president of Adamy Engineering and previouslyworked as a systems engineer and program manager on EW and reconnaissanceprograms delivering systems from "DC to light" on platforms fromsubmarines to space. He has been involved in electronic warfare andrelated fields as an engineer and a manager for more than 40 years. Heis also the author of Introductionto Electronic Warfare Modeling and Simulation, EW 101: A FirstCourse in Electronic Warfare and Preparing and Delivering EffectiveTechnical Presentations, Second Edition (Artech House 2003, 2001, 2000), aswell as several other books. Mr. Adamy received his M.S.EE. in communicationtheory from the University of Santa Clara, and his B.S.EE. from Arizona StateUniversity.
